General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Scandinasia, owner Julia Prekul. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage

The available language(s) for the conclusion of the contract: German, English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver products to the address provided during the order process. Delivery is only possible by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible. We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices

The prices at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Advance Payment

When selecting the advance payment method, we provide our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after payment is received.

Credit Card

You provide your credit card details during the order process. Your card is charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit

By placing the order, you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the debit at least one banking day in advance (so-called prenotification). A banking day is any business day except Saturdays, national public holidays, and December 24 and 31 of each year.

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find [here](https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
